A fonte chegou e NAO funcionava, porem abre ela e detectei o problema e resolvi, então tudo certo. Era só o pino de aterramento que era MUITO GRANDE e impedia o contato do resto dos pinos de alimentação, removi ele (a fonte NAO e aterrada de qlqr forma mesmo) e problema resolvido.
